CATV/FTTX放大器

MACOM公司的单端和推挽式75欧姆宽带放大器产品组合包括前端放大器、HFC基础设施节点放大器、网络放大器和后端放大器。MACOM公司提供行业领先的GaAs和GaN放大器,这些放大器采用小尺寸塑料含铅和无铅两种封装,支持5、8、12、24V电压,对于24V推挽式和功率倍增放大器,还可以采用SOT-115J混合封装。我们的放大器覆盖5 - 300MHz的反向路径以及45 - 1200MHz的正向路径,同时拥有增益响应平坦、失真低、线性度高等特性。
