10G法布里-佩罗特激光器

MACOM公司的法布里-佩罗特 (FP) 激光二极管设计用于高达10G的应用。这类产品采用获得专利的蚀刻面技术 (EFT) 实现杰出的可靠性,且具有如下优势:

    >EFT技术实现高性能和产品一致性

    >非密封封装非常适合基于硅光子的数据中心应用

    >单片集成电路表面发射和波束定向确保适合硅光子

    >因背向反射抑制高而无需隔离器

产品符合RoHS标准,通过Telcordia GR-468测试,并且提供蓝膜或TO-56 can封装两种经测试的裸片。
