光调制器驱动器 - 线路端

MACOM公司提供广泛的光调制器驱动器产品组合,适用于距离从几百米到几千公里的应用,支持从1 Gbps到100 Gbps甚至更高的数据传输速率。产品包括高性能Mach-Zehnder调制器驱动器,外调制激光器 (EML) 驱动器和直接调制激光器 (DML)驱动器。这些驱动器产品采用砷化镓、磷化铟及硅锗技术开发,提供的解决方案适用于FTTx及短距离可插拔收发器到潜艇用超长距离应答器等各种应用。当前系统所用的驱动器通常采用限幅模式,而采用高阶调制方案的下一代高速系统采用线性驱动器。MACOM公司提供多种封装形式的驱动器产品,包括GPPO模块、表面贴装以及以裸片形式集成在TOSA中。此外,还可提供单通道、双通道及四通道型号。MACOM公司所有的驱动器产品都致力于在尽可能缩减尺寸的同时,最大程度地提高信号完整性并尽量降低功率消耗。
