Quad 28G TIA/LA

 The MATA-37344 is a Quad 28 Gbps TIA/Limiting Amplifier for use as a complete one chip receive solution in optical modules. The inputs are spaced on 250 µm centers to be compatible with standard optical interfaces. Each channel can be controlled through the 2-wire serial interface and includes a high-sensitivity TIA with selectable bandwidth to support legacy data rates, a limiting amplifier, and an output driver with programmable output swing and 2-tap de-emphasis. The MATA-37344 is available in a 3 mm x 2 mm die supplied in waffle packs, or wafer form.
